Q5. How many and what type of cards can I register?
There is no restriction on the number of cards you can register. You can register as many cards as you carry. You can register all your Bank Cards - credit, debit, forex, and prepaid cards.

Q7. Is the OneAssist plan useful even when I’m not using M-Wallets or UPIs?
Yes, as a OneAssist insured, you’re provided pre-reporting bank cards fraud cover, UPI cover, m-wallet, and internet banking cover. Even when you don’t use an M-Wallet or a UPI account right now, you may need one in the future. So, be rest assured & subscribe to our plans to secure your future.

Q8. How to make a claim?
Once you call up for a claim, OneAssist will send you a claim form. You just need to fill the form and return it with the required supporting documents to expedite the claim process.

Q9. What is the asset Blocking service?
When you lose your wallet, you need to get in touch with multiple banks to block your various credit and debit cards. Imagine if you are traveling and if you don't have the numbers of the Banks or don't have the card numbers available with you to block the cards. Similarly, when you lose your phone or in case of thefts via UPI, m-wallets, etc, you need to temporarily block your accounts to ensure your entire accounts do not get swiped off. Q10. What are the details that I need to update for registering a Card?
We need very basic data that cannot be used for any fraudulent transaction on your card. For registration, we only require your card number, the issuing bank name, and your name as it appears on the card. Do note that we do not ask for your card expiry date and CVV no. for card registration.

Q11. Can someone else call on my behalf?
For security reasons and to safeguard your interests, we recommend that you must call us to block your cards & do all actions on OA platforms using your registered email ID & phone number.

Q12. How will I know that my asset has been blocked?
OneAssist will send you a communication confirming the blocking of assets with reference numbers wherever available from the Bank or the provider. Your peace of mind is our priority and we will endeavor to block all your lost assets very quickly. Some card issuers may also send you a separate confirmation on your registered phone number (registered with the Bank) about the card blocking request.

Q13. Which are the M-Wallet service providers that OneAssist covers?

Entities under ‘Pre-paid Payment Instruments’ and bank-backed M-Wallets and their Apps are applicable for M-Wallet protection cover under OA.
You are eligible to cover all these M-Wallets provided that the registered mobile number of these M-Wallet accounts is the same as the mobile number registered with OneAssist

Q: Can I reschedule the appointment for Lab tests once booked?
A: Yes, the scheduled booking can be canceled without any extra cost if it’s done within 6hrs of the scheduled time.

Q: Can I cancel the appointment for Lab tests once booked?
A: Yes it can be canceled before 6hrs and the selected package price will be credited to Medibuddy’s wallet which can be utilized later.

Q: What if I cancel/reschedule within 6 Hrs of the scheduled appointment?
A: Scheduled appointments will not be able to get canceled/rescheduled.

Q: When will I get the report/s?
A: You will get the report/s within 24-48 Hrs from the time of collection of the sample.

Q: Can I choose my preferred Lab for sample collection?
